Who are we?
VIST d.o.o. Is a family company founded in 2002 originating from the company NC SERVIS LOVREK Ivan s.p.
As we do not only perform servicing of CNC machines we renamed and restructured the company NC SERVIS LOVREK Ivan s.p.
The word VIST is the acronym for the following terms in German: Vertretung (Representation), Ingenieurwesen (Engineering), Servis (Servicing) and Technologie (Technology
Our story
Through the years
1989.
Beginning
40 years of working with CNC machines
30 years of representation of EMAG Group and STAMA Maschinenfabrik GmbH
Opening of the craft NC SERVIS LOVREK Ivan. s.p. – Ljubljana (representation and service for the eastern part of Europe)
2001.
New representation
Start of representation of CHIRON WERKE GmbH
2002.
True Beginning
Opening of VIST d.o.o. – ČAKOVEC
Opening reasons:
- Machine service of represented companies EMAG, STAMA, CHIRON in Eastern Europe
- Land cost in the industrial zone Čakovec
- Labor cost and the possibility of obtaining quality employees
2006.
We want to grow
The beginning of the construction of the industrial hall in Pribislavec
2008.
New market and agency
Opening of VIST d.o.o. – LJUBLJANA
Start of representation of the company LPW (machines for industrial washing of the machined parts)
2010.
New hall
Completion of the construction of the industrial hall (rent until 2015)

Relocation
Relocation to the newly built hall in Pribislavec
